Minutes for December 1, 1980 and December 15, 1980 were read and
approved.
Election of officers was held: Chairman - Don Goettelman
Assistant Chairman - Gary Carl
Liaison to Planning Commission, when needed, and Council Meeting
attendance required.

Chairman will appoint someone to attend pertinent public hearings
when needed.
Samples of various job descriptions and by -laws were presented by
Don Goettelman and Gary Carl. Recommendation was made to review
material and discuss at next meeting.
Members of Park Commission voted unanimously to W request
Council to assign a full -time secretary to our Commission, (2)
have Council minutes sent to each Commission member, and (3) to
be put early on the Council Meeting agenda.
Item 9 of the December 1, 1980 minutes should be corrected to
read Park Commission in place of Council.
Chairman Goettelman will look into status (if any) of bike trail
proposed on Minnetonka Boulevard, starting at George Street and
going to Deephaven bike trail.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
on January 19th.
Next meeting will be at 7:30 PM.
