CALL TO ORDER
Acting Chair Gagne called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Gniffke moved, Schmitt seconded, Approving the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of
16 January 2007 as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
1. NOMINATE 2007 CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR
Gniffke moved, Conley seconded, Recommending the Nomination of Scott Schmitt to the Position
of Planning Commission Chair. Motion passed 4/0.
Conley moved, Gniffke seconded, Recommending the Nomination of Bob Gagne to the Position of
Planning Commission Vice-Chair. Motion passed 4/0. .
3. MATTERS FROM THE FLOOR
There were no matters from the floor presented this evening.
4. DRAFT NEXT MEETING AGENDA
Administrator Dawson stated there was a public hearing regarding a Conditional Use Permit for the
Shorewood Yacht Club, slated for the March 6, 2006, Planning Commission Agenda.
5. REPORTS
· Liaison to Council
Administrator Dawson reported on matters considered and actions taken at a February 12,2007, Regular
City Council Meeting (as detailed in the minutes of that meeting).

Administrator Dawson stated Council appointed Bob Gagne (3-year term), Thomas W. Geng (3-year
term), David B. Hutchins (3-year term), and William Ruoff (I-year term) to the Planning Commission.
Administrator Dawson provided an update on Planning Director Nielsen's situation.
Acting Chair Gagne thanked departing Commissioner Conley for his contributions on the Planning
Commission.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Gniffke moved, Schmitt seconded, Adjourning the Planning Commission Meeting of 20 February
2007 at 7:10 P.M. Motion passed 4/0.
