PUBLIC HEARING – CUP AMENDMENT, Riedel moved, Huskins seconded,
VARIANCES AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT recommending approval of the CUP and Site
REVIEW FOR TONKA BAY CAR WASH Plan Review for Tonka Bay Car Wash located
Applicant: Reprise Design at 24245 Smithtown Road, subject to the

recommendations that applicant provide full

be problematic in the public right-of-way, the
applicant would be required to close the

stalls will be removed.

SIGN ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS – Riedel moved, Gault seconded, to continue
Continued to June 1, 2021 the Public Hearing for the Sign Ordinance
Amendments to June 1, 2021. Roll Call Vote:

Variance to Front yard Setback Eggenberger moved, Gault seconded, to
recommend approval of the variance request
Applicant: John Mark Graham to the front yard setback at 5565 Howard’s

Site Plan Review Eggenberger moved, Riedel seconded, to
