RESOLUTION 21-104
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR THE SILVERWOOD PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 21-05
WHEREAS, the city negotiated a quote for the Silverwood Park Improvements Project
with Parkstone Contracting, LLC, in the amount of $15,400, and
WHEREAS, Parkstone Contracting, LLC is a responsible and responsive contractor,
that has completed projects of similar size and scope successfully; and
WHEREAS, the city will requote the remaining site work this winter for completion in the
spring of 2022;
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby approves the quote of $15,400 with Parkstone Contracting, LLC for the
Silverwood Park Improvements Project.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 13th day of
September 2021.
