RESOLUTION 21-103
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING FINAL
PAYMENT FOR THE 2020 CATCH BASIN AND CULVERT REPAIR PROJECT,
CITY PROJECT 20-09
WHEREAS, pursuant to the approved award of the 2020 Catch Basin and Culvert
Repairs Project to G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. at the September 281h, 2020 Council Meeting; and
WHEREAS, G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. has completed all work in accordance with the awarded
contract; and
WHEREAS, G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. is requesting final payment and acceptance for the work;
and
WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the estimate, verified quantities, and recommends final
payment and acceptance of the project to G.F. Jedlicki, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby authorize final acceptance and approve final payment to G.F. Jedlicki for the
2020 Catch Basin and Culvert Repairs Project according to the plans and specifications
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 13th day of
September, 2021.
