RESOLUTION 21-142
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE 2022 MILL & OVERLAY PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 21-11
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood approved the 2021 Capital Improvement Plan which
includes the 2022 Mill & Overlay project, City Project 21-11; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements will help to maintain and extend the longevity
of the roadway infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, the project will be funded through a combination of Street Bonds, Water
Fund, Sanitary Fund, and the Stormwater Fund; and
WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk has provided a proposal to prepare the Final Plans &
Specifications and Construction Administration; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby authorizes Bolton & Menk to prepare the Final Plans & Specifications for the
2022 Mill & Overlay project.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 22nd day of
November 2021.
