RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT GRANT FROM THE MINNESOTA TWINS
COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, city staff prepared a grant application to the Minnesota Twins Community
Foundation to assist with the cost to remove and replace heaving fence posts on Field 2 in
Freeman Park; and,
WHEREAS, the application was approved for a grant by the Twins Community Foundation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
Minnesota, that the City Council accepts the $10,000 and approves the agreement as presented.
