NOTICE
MEETING DATE: March 23, 2022
MEETING TIME: 4:00 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Virtual Meeting via Zoom (Pursuant to Resolution No. 22-024)
The Zoom Link will be posted on the City’s website at https://ci.shorewood.mn.us/current_meeting/index.php,
30 minutes prior to the meeting. Please call city hall at 952.960.7900 if you have difficulty connecting to the
meeting. Attendees will remain in a virtual waiting room and the city administrator will approve entry at meeting
time.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Shorewood City Council will hold a special meeting at the
date and time above to discuss the following pending litigation matters:
·In the Matter of Alan Yelsey v. City of Shorewood, OAH Docket 05-0305-38230 (Office of
Administrative Hearings)
·In the Matter of Alan Yelsey v. Shorewood City Officials: Greg Lerud, Paula Callies, Jennifer
Labadie, Nathanial Gorham, Patrick Johnson, Debbie Siakel, OAH 20-0325-38229 (Office of
Administrative Hearings)
·City of Shorewood v. Guy Gerald Sanschagrin, File No. A21-0992 (Minnesota Court of
Appeals); File No. 27-CV-19-15159 (Hennepin County District Court)
(“Pending Litigation”)
The meeting is a public meeting but will be closed as permitted by Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(b) for
a confidential attorney-client privileged discussion regarding the Pending Litigation.
