RESOLUTION 22-065
A RESOLUTION APPROVONG A LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT
WITH SPRINT LOCATED AT 5500 OLD MARKET ROAD
WHEREAS, On January 13th, 1997, the City Council approved Resolution 97-05
granting a conditional use permit and lease agreement with Sprint Spectrum for ground
and vertical space at the east Water Tower located at 5500 Old Market Road, and
WHEREAS, said lease agreement has language that permits Sprint to request
termination of said lease agreement; and
WHEREAS, Sprint has submitted a request for termination of the agreement; and
WHEREAS, a Termination of Lease Agreement, attached hereto as "Exhibit A" has
been drafted and reviewed by City Staff and the City Attorney and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby adopts the Resolution that Approves the Lease Termination Agreement with
Sprint for space located at 5500 Old Market Road.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 25th day of July
2022.
