AMENDMENT. That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 12 of the Village of Shorewood be amended by adding thereto the fonowing: "Subsection 12. Operating a boat or other watercraft on the waters of Galpin's Lake within the harbor limits of the village, with any motor or other souree of power having a rated horsepower in excess of seven and one- half." SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and pulblication. Passed by the Council this 9th day of June, 1959. LESTER R. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 17 of the Villag'e of Shorewood be amended to read as follows: Tlhe regulatory provisions. of Minnesota Statutes 45, Chapter 169, a;s amended by Laws' 1947, Laws 1949, Laws 1951, Laws 1955, Laws 19'57, and Laws 1959, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordi- nance regulating the use of high- way's, streets and alleys in the village and are hereby incorpora t- ed and made part of tJhis ordinance as completely as if :set out here in full.
