Section 1. At a duly called
meeting on April 10, 2023, the City
Council of the City of Shorewood
adopted Ordinance No. 599 enti-
tled "AN ORDINANCE APPROV-
ING AN AMENDMENT TO SHORE -
WOOD CITY CODE CHAPTER 202
RELATED TO THE POWERS AND
DUTIES OF THE PARK COMMIS-
SION" and approved the summary
publication. A copy of the full ordi-
nance is available at the city clerk's
office and on the city website.
Section 2. This ordinance 599
entitled AN ORDINANCE APPROV-
ING AN AMENDMENT TO SHORE -
WOOD CITY CODE CHAPTER 202
RELATED TO THE POWERS AND
DUTIES OF THE PARK COMMIS-
SION shall take effect upon pub-
lication in the City's official news-
paper.
