Background:
Commissioner Pat Levy resigned from the Park Commission earlier this year. The vacancy was
announced, and applications promoted in the Shore Report, on the City’s website, through
social media, and the Smithtown Road message board. The application period closed on

September 24 and one application was received. The Council is asked to review the attached
application and interview the candidate.
Park Commission: Complete the term set to expire on February 29, 2024
