TO SHOREWOOD CITY
CODE CHAPTER 1301.03
AS IT PERTAINS TO FEES,
PROCEDURES AND
APPLICATION MATERIALS
FOR ZONING AND
LAND USE FEES
Section 1. Ordinance No. 602
entitled "AN ORDINANCE APROV-
ING AMENDMENTS TO SHORE -
WOOD CITY CODE CHAPTER
1301.03 (LAND USE FEES)" es-
tablishes the amounts for fees and
escrow deposits related to zoning
and subdivision applications relat-
ed to development or redevelop-
ment of properties within the City
of Shorewood; and the fee increas-
es cover the costs of processing
the applications and paying for
the review of the applications by
the city's consultants. A full copy
of this ordinance is available in the
City Clerk's office and on the city
website.
Section 2. This Ordinance 602
shall take effect upon publication in
the City's official newspaper.
