MINUTES
1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MEETING
Mayor Labadie called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Labadie; Councilmembers Labadie, Callies, Maddy, Sanschagrin, and
Zerby; Shepherd; City Administrator Nevinski; City Clerk/HR Director Thone;
Planning Director Darling; Director of Public Works Morreim; and, City Engineer
Budde
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Councilmember Zerby moved, Councilmember Sanschagrin seconded, approving the
agenda as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
2. PAY EQUITY REPORT
City Clerk/Human Resources Director Thone explained the State's Pay Equity process and
reviewed the City's 2024 Pay Equity Report for the year 2023. The City is required to submit a
Pay Equity Report every three years by January 31 of the following year to comply with gender
equity in compensation.
Councilmember Zerby moved, Councilmember Callies seconded, adopting Resolution 24-
009 approving the 2024 Pay Equity Report. Motion passed 5/0.
3. ADJOURN
Councilmember Zerby moved, Sanschagrin seconded, adjourning the City Council Special
Meeting of January 26, 2024, at 8:36 A.M. Motion passed 5/0.
