Who: Woodside Cemetery Association, 27175 Smithtown Road (Woodside Cemetery)
What: Public Hearing for a Zoning Code Text Amendment
Why: The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Woodside Cemetery
Association for an amendment of the City Zoning Code regarding sign
regulations. The amendment would allow a sign to be placed on an entrance
archway that would straddle over the driveway onto the cemetery grounds. The
code amendment would apply only to such signs in cemeteries.
When: Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 7:10 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible
Where: Shorewood City Hall Council Chambers, 5755 Country Club Road, Shorewood
Legal Description of property is on file at City Hall.
