a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road,
Shorewood, Minnesota, on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as
possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider City Code regulations text amendments as it
regards mailing notification procedure to Zoning Code Sections 1201.04 Administration,
Amendments and Conditional Use Permits; 1201.05, Administration, Variances and Appeals;
1201.25 Planned Unit Development District; Subdivision Code Sections 1202.03 Procedures for
Filing and Review; 1202.09 Variances and Appeals. Amendments to Section 1301.03 Land Use
Fees, will also be considered.
Verbal and written comments will be considered at that time.
