PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF SHOREWOOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Shorewood will hold a public
hearing in the Council Chambers of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road,
Shorewood, Minnesota, on Tuesday, 26 June 2017 at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate road right-of-way dedicated as
Northgate Circle on the south side of Edgewood Road. The legal description of the right-of-way
proposed to be vacated is legally described as:
"All that part of Northgate Circle as dedicated in the plat of Oak Ridge Estates, 2°d
Addition, lying southerly of the southerly line of Edgewood Road."
Verbal and written comments will be considered at that time.
