the Planning Commission of the
City of Shorewood will hold a pub-
lic hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, May 7,
2024, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon there-
after as possible. The purpose of
the hearing is to consider a request
from MM Capital Shorewood, LLC.
for a concept planned unit develop-
ment amendment for to allow ma-
rine sales and service and changes
to the site on property addressed
as 19765 MN-7, Shorewood Min-
nesota. Legal description of the
