the Planning Commission of the
City of Shorewood will hold a pub-
lic hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, May 7,
2024, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon there-
after as possible. The purpose of
the hearing is to consider a request
from Patti and Paul Helgesen for
approval of a preliminary plat which
would allow subdivision to a loca-
tion addressed as 6120 Strawber-
ry Lane. Legal description of the
property is on file at City Hall.

will be considered at that time.
