ORDINANCE 605
AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING THE 2023 S-19 SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD MINNESOTA
American Legal Publishing Corporation has completed the Nineteenth Supplement to the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Shorewood, which contains ordinances up through and including
Ordinance 603 enacted since the prior supplement; and it is the intent of the City of Shorewood
to accept these updated sections, as outlined in Supplement S-19, available for review
and inspection at City Hall and on the City's website in its entirety.
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, ordains:
Section 1. That the 19th supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Shorewood as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio,
is hereby accepted.
Section 2. This ordinance adopting the 2023 S-19 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances
shall take effect upon publication in the City's official newspaper.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, this 13t" day
of May 2024.
