A RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR 2024 PAVEMENT MARKING
CITY PROJECT 24-03
WHEREAS, pursuant to the request for quotes for the 2024 Pavement Marking Project, one
quote was received on June 4, 2024, opened and tabulated according to law, with the following
quotes received; and
SIR LINES -A -LOT $73,294.25
WHEREAS, Sir lines -A -Lot is the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, Sir Lines -A -Lot is a responsible and responsive contractor, that has completed
projects of similar size and scope successfully; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD,
MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council of the City of Shorewood hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Sir Lines -A -Lot based on the lowest bid amount in the name of the City of
Shorewood for the 2024 Pavement Marking Project according to the plans and specifications on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the City Council of Shorewood, Minnesota this 10th day of June 2024.
