A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT QUOTES AND AWARD CONTRACT FOR
5590 HARDING LANE WATER SERVICE
CITY PROJECT 24-06
WHEREAS, the city solicited quotes which were received on May 21, 2024, opened and
tabulated according to law, with the following quotes received and complying with the request
for quote:

Ernie Mayers Contracting
$40,000.00
WHEREAS, Highview Plumbing, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, Highview Plumbing. is a responsible and responsive contractor, that has completed
projects of similar size and scope successfully; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Shorewood that the
Mayor and Staff hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Highview Plumbing,
Inc. based on the lowest quote amount for the 5590 Harding Lane Water Service project.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 12th day of
August 2024.
