RESOLUTION 24-061
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNERS FOR CITY OF SHOREWOOD
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 118A, and the City's Investment Policy requires that the
City designate authorized signers on behalf of the City government.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD,
MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following individuals be designated as official signers for the City of Shorewood:
Marc Nevinski, City Administrator
Jeanne Schmuck, Finance Director.
2. That the following individuals be designated as having electronic funds transfer authority:
Marc Nevinski, City Administrator
Jeanne Schmuck, Finance Director
Michelle Nguyen, Senior Accountant.
Adopted by the City Council of Shorewood, Minnesota this 12th day of August 2024.
