RESOLUTION 24-060
A RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO.
241006 WITH METROPOLITAN COUNCIL; CITY PROJECT 24-01
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood awarded the 2024 Mill & Over Project to Northwest
Asphalt in the amount of $889,594.36, and
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Council would like to replace two cone sections on Eureka
Road north; and
WHEREAS, both entities prefer to complete these improvements in 2024 with the
current mill & overlay project; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council cost share for the two cone section replacement is
estimated to not exceed $32,600 and includes costs for construction, design and
administration; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby approve and enter into a cost share agreement 241006 with Metropolitan Council
for the 2024 Mill & Overlay project.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 12th day of
August, 2024.
