1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MEETING
Mayor Labadie called the meeting to order at 6:34 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Labadie; Councilmembers Callies, Maddy, Sanschagrin, and Zerby; City
Administrator Nevinski; City Clerk/HR Director Thone; Director of Public Works
Morreim; and Finance Director Schmuck
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Sanschagrin moved, Callies seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed
5/0.
2. CLOSED SESSION: Contract Settlement, Public Works Union AFSCME Council 5
Zerby moved, Sanschagrin seconded, moving into closed session as presented and read
aloud by Mayor Labadie at 6:35 P.M. the below statement. Motion passed 5/0.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 13D. 03, subdivision 1(b), the City Council will move into
a Closed Session to discuss labor negotiations and review the proposed contract with American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 5, for the City's Public Works
Department.
Callies moved, Sanschagrin seconded, moving to reopen the closed session at 6:55 P.M.
Motion passed 5/0.

Maddy moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the City Council Closed Session Meeting of
August 12, 2024, at 6:56 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
