RESOLUTION 24-074
A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
LAKE MINNTONKA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (LMCC)
WHEREAS, the City has several boards and commissions that it routinely appoints residents to
represent the city on; and
WHEREAS, the City advertises for applicants for openings on various boards and commissions;
and
WHEREAS, candidates were interviewed by the City Council at a work session on August 26,
2024;and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to modify the term of the appointment from one year to three
years; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recommends appointing the following individual to fill the Lake
Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC) seat:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT R SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD,
MINNESOTA that the Council approves the appointment as recommended.
