RESOLUTION 24-077
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH AFSCME, COUNCIL 5, LOCAL 224,
SHOREWOOD PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES FOR 2025 - 2027
WHEREAS, the City recently completed negotiations with the Shorewood Public Works union
representatives and reached a tentative agreement for a three-year contract; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Union have ratified the tentative agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Field Representative of AFSCME, Council 5, Local 224 has reviewed the attached
contract and found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD,
MINNESOTA that the City Council approves the attached contract with AFSCME Council 5, Local
224, Shorewood Public Works Employees, for the term of 2025 through 2027.
Adopted by the City Council of Shorewood, Minnesota this 23rd day of September 2024.
