MINUTES
1. CONVENE MUNICIPAL CANVASS BOARD MEETING
Mayor Pro-Tem Callies called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Councilmembers Labadie, Callies, Maddy, Sanschagrin, and Zerby; City Attorney
Shepherd; City Administrator Nevinski; Parks and Recreation Manager Czech;
City Clerk/HR Director Thone; Finance Director Schmuck; Planning Director
Darling; Director of Public Works Morreim; and, City Engineer Budde
Absent: Mayor Labadie
B. Review Agenda
Sanschagrin moved, Maddy seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed
4/0.
2. CANVASS 2024 MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS
City Clerk/HR Director Thone gave an overview of the requirements for the Canvassing Board to
accept the local election results.
Councilmember Maddy expressed his appreciation to City Clerk/HR Director Thone and all of the
volunteers/election judges for their work and professionalism during the elections.
Sanschagrin moved, Maddy seconded, Approving Resolution 24-090, "A Resolution
Accepting Local Results of the 2024 General Election."
3. ADJOURN
Maddy moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the Municipal Canvass Board Meeting of
November 12, 2024, at 7:05 P.M. Motion passed 4/0.
