RESOLUTION 25-004
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SHOREWOOD EMPLOYEE
PERSONNEL POLICY /AFSCME MOA UPDATES
WHEREAS, the city provides an employee personnel policy to all city employees; and
WHEREAS, the city also has employees who are part of the American Federation of State,
County, and Municipal Employees (ASFCME) Council 5, Local 224, AFL-CIO; and
WHEREAS, the city finds it a fair practice to align and apply employee practices, policies, and
benefits across the board to all employees regardless of union status and the following holiday
schedule proposal will align union and non -union staff alike.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood that the
following City of Shorewood Personnel Policy updates are approved. The stricken language is
included with a striketl;Fewgl�,and the proposed language in red.
