Narrative As part of the changes to the R-3A zoning district to implement the Comprehensive Plan, the R-3A zoning district no longer correctly applies to the properties at 6055 Lake Linden Dr, 6065 Lake Linden Dr, and 6067 Lake Linden Dr. In order to reassign these properties to an adequate zoning district, they are proposed to be rezoned to the R-2A Single/Two Family zoning district. This is largely a housekeeping item that will align the zoning of these properties, to the adjacent lots on the east side of Lake Linden Dr. The City of Shorewood must provide a zoning district that allows development of the property consistent with direction in the Comprehensive Plan. To implement the Comprehensive Plan, the City proposes to rezone the properties to the R-2A zoning district to bring the properties into conformance with the Comprehensive Plan. Development may be proposed in the future consistent with the new zoning district, but no development is proposed at this time.
