the Planning Commission of the
City of Shorewood will hold a pub-
lic hearing in the Council Chambers
of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755
Country Club Road, Shorewood,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, April 1',
at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter
as possible. The purpose of the
hearing is to consider rezoning the
parcel located at 24560 Smithtown
Rd from C-1 to R-3A, and the par-
cels located at 24590 Smithtown
Rd and 24620 Smithtown Rd from
R-1 C to R-3A located in Shore-
wood Minnesota. Legal description
of the properties are on file at City
Hall.
