PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF SHOREWOOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Shorewood will hold
a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Shorewood City Hall, 5755 Country Club Road,

Shorewood, Minnesota, on Tuesday, November 19, at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as
possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider rezoning three parcels located at 23445
Smithtown Road, 23425 Smithtown Road, 23400 Smithtown Road from C2 to R-3B located in
Shorewood Minnesota. Legal description of the properties are on file at City Hall.
Verbal and written comments will be considered at that time.
