PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

For: Consider rezoning three parcels from C-2 to R-36
Why: The City of Shorewood is proposing to rezone three parcels located at 23445 Smithtown Road (Co Rd
19), 23425 Smithtown Road (Co Rd 19) and 23400 Smithtown Road from C2 to R-313 located in
Shorewood, MN. The property's locations are shown on the location map on the reverse side. More
information on the application can be obtained by calling 952-960-7900 or emailing staff at
planning@ci.shorewood.mn.us. You can also refer to the city's website under "planning and
protective inspections" and "private development projects" on the left side of the screen. No
development is proposed at this time.
When: Tuesday, November 19th, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
Where: Shorewood City Hall Council Chambers at 5755 Country Club Road, Shorewood.

November 15, 2024,
