Medium Density policy issues:
1. Removing requirement for a PUD for all elderly housing and townhouses.
2. Two-family housing would not provide adequate density.
3. Elderly housing to be called and deļ¬ned as Age-restricted.
4. Remove the allowance to rent out a private garage.
5. Listing all uses in the district rather than referring to other districts.
