A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
ESTIMATE FOR RELOCATION OF DRY HYDRANT SYSTEM,
4550 ENCHANTED POINT
I. WHEREAS, Michael and Joan Catain, owners of real property known as
4550 Enchanted Point, have filed a petition with the City's Deputy Clerk, under Chapter
429 of the Minnesota State Statute, for the relocation of a dry hydrant system on said
property; and
WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. has prepared a Feasibility Report Dated July
7, 2005 for said Improvement Project, and found that said Improvement is found to be
both feasible and cost effective.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:

1. Such improvement is hereby ordered, as proposed on this 11th day of
July, 2005, contingent upon written acceptance and direction to proceed
with said project, by the owners of 4550 Enchanted Point.
2. WSB & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. They shall prepare Plans, Specifications and Estimate for the
making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
