RESOLUTION NO. 03- 093
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING SOLICITATIONS OF QUOTES FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL L.E.D. IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 03-010
WHEREAS, pursuant to the 2003-2007 Capital Improvement Program, Plans,
Specifications and Estimate for the design of the 2003 Traffic Signal (Light Emitting
Diode) L.E.D. Improvement Project were prepared by WSB and Associates, Inc., and:
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed said plans and has found
them to be in order.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:

1. Plans, Specifications and Estimates were prepared by WSB and Associates
Inc. For the 2003 Traffic Signal L.E.D. Improvement Project. Said plans,
specifications and estimates are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City
Clerk.
2. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to solicit proposals
from vendors for said improvement project.
