RESOLUTION NO. 03-.Q2L
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSES TO RETAILERS
TO SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code, Sections 302 and 1301 provide for the licensing ofthe
sale of tobacco products in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Code provides that an applicant shall complete an application, and shall pay a
licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicants have satisfactorily completed an application and paid the
appropriate fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as
follows:
That a License for the sale of tobacco products be issued for a term of one year, from November
1, 2003 to October 31, 2004, consistent with the requirements and provisions of Chapter 302 of
the Shorewood City Code, to the following applicants:
