A RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE TO RETAILER
TO SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code, Section 302 provides for the licensing of the sale of
tobacco products in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Code provides that an applicant shall complete an application, and shall pay a
licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicant has satisfactorily completed an application and paid the
appropriate fee.
