RESOLUTION NO. 03- 067
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION REMODELING OF SHOREWOOD LIQUOR STORE #2
WHEREAS, pursuant to the proposed remodeling of the Shorewood Village
Municipal Liquor store, plans and specifications were prepared by Seaborne Architects,
and:
WHEREAS, the City Administrator and Director of Liquor Operations have
reviewed said plans and have found them to be in order.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. Plans, specifications and estimates have been prepared for the construction
and remodeling of the Shorewood Liquor Store # 2 located at the Shorewood
Village Shopping Center.
• 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
an advertisement for bids for the making of such purchase under such approved
plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for 10 days, shall
specify the work to be done, and shall state that bids will be publicly opened at
10:00 a.m. on September 3, 2003 in the City Hall Council Chamber.
