A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR
TRUNK HIGHWAYS 7 AND 41 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
S.P.1008-58, CITY PROJECT 98-05
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has entered into a contract with Hardrives, Inc. for
City Project 98-05, State Trunk Highway 7 and 41; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has petitioned for final acceptance of the project based on
work performed to date; and
WHEREAS, the City's Engineer has reviewed said Improvement and declares that the
Improvement appears to conform to the approved plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
The City hereby accepts the work completed, pursuant to a one year guarantee provided for in
said contract for construction and shall commence as of the date of this resolution subject to the
following items:
1. The Contractor must make satisfactory showing that he has complied with the
provisions of Minnesota Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding State Income tax; and
2. Evidence in the Form of an affidavit that all claims against the Contractor by reasons
is of the Contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured.

August, 2003.
