RESOLUTION NO.03- 064
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR A BEVERAGE COOLER
WHEREAS, pursuant to the proposed remodeling of the Shorewood Village
Municipal Liquor store, plans and specifications were prepared by Seaborne Architects,
and:
WHEREAS, the Director of Liquor Operations and the City Administrator have
reviewed said plans and have found them to be in order.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. Plans, specifications and estimates have been prepared for the beverage
cooler to be located at the Shorewood Village Municipal Liquor Store.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
an advertisement for bids for the making of such purchase under such approved
• plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for 10 days, shall
specify the work to be done, and shall state that bids will be publicly opened at
10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2003 in the City Hall Council Chamber.
