A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION
OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, David LaRose and James Mahoney (Applicants) are the owners of certain
real properties in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have applied to the City for a subdivision and combination
of said real property into two parcels legally described in Exhibits B and C, attached hereto and
made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by the Applicants complies in
all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the real property legally described in Exhibit A be divided into two parcels,
legally described in Exhibits B and C, attached hereto and made a part hereof..
• 2. That the City Clerk furnish the Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution
for recording purposes.
3. That the Applicants record this resolution with the Hennepin County Recorder or
Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of the certification of this resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHQREWOOD this 28th day of

Existing Legal. Description of Northerly Parcel:
(Par 1): Lot 183, Auditor's Subdivision No. 135, Hennepin County, Minnesota, together
with that part of Water Street, vacated, lying northwesterly of the center line of said street,
easterly of the easterly line of State Highway No. 12 and southerly of an extension easterly of the
south line of Lot 185, said Auditor's Subdivision No. 135;
That part of Lot 192, Auditor's Subdivision No. 135, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
between two lines drawn across said lot parallel with and 120.00 and 220.00 feet respectively,
measured at right angles from the south line of said lot and westerly of a line drawn south at right
angles from the more northerly of said two lines at a point thereon 250.00 feet west of the
easterly line of said Lot 192; together with that part of Water Street, vacated, lying easterly of the

County, Minnesota, thence north at right angles to said south line, a distance of 60 feet and there
terminating;
ALSO including that part of Water Street (now vacated), contiguous and adjacent to the above
described premises.
