A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL WATER SERVICE TO THE
SHOREWOOD VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates Inc. was directed to prepare a feasibility report
for the extension of municipal water service through the preliminary plat of Linden Hills and to
the Shorewood Village Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, said feasibility report, dated March 24, 2003, has been prepared and
reviewed by the Director of Public Works and that the improvement for the extension of
municipal water service through the preliminary plat of Linden Hills and to the Shorewood
Village Shopping Center is feasible and cost effective.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
The Feasibility Report dated March 24, 2003, prepared by WSB and
Associates, Inc., titled Cub Foods Watermain Improvements, is approved.
is 2. Staff is hereby directed to present said feasibility report to the developers of
the preliminary plat known as Linden Hills, and the Shorewood Village
Shopping Center for their consideration.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 281h day of April,
2003.
