A RESOLUTION SETTING LICENSE, PERMIT,
SERVICE CHARGES AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES
WHEREAS, fees paid to the city for licenses, permits, services charges and
miscellaneous fees shall be determined from time to time by the Shorewood City Council;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that certain fees are set as follows:

Administrative Fines
Licensees in Violation $500/first offense
$1,000/second offense in 24-month period
$1,500/third offense in 24-month period
$2,000/fourth offense in 24-month period
