RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 012
• A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR
IMPROVEMENTS CHASKA ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, on December 16, 2002, the City Council of the City of Shorewood accepted
a Petition from property owners adjacent to Chaska Road to perform work within the Chaska
Road right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed plans submitted by the petitioners for
modifications to the pavement structure within the Chaska Road right-of-way and found them to
be in order; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit 1,
for said project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby directed to enter into the
agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, for Improvements within the Chaska
Road right-of-way.
