RESOLUTION NO.02- 042
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PERMANENT APPOINTMENT OF
LIGHT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR TERRY "RED" TOWER
WHEREAS, Terry "Red" Tower was hired by the City of Shorewood November
19, 2001; and
WHEREAS, his six-month probationary period ends on May 19, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has reviewed his performance and has
recommended that the City Council permanently appoint Terry "Red" Tower as Light
Equipment Operator;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of Shorewood does
hereby appoint Terry "Red" Tower as Light Equipment Operator for the City of
Shorewood.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 13th day of May,
2002. / '
