RESOLUTION NO. 02- 078
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY CONCEPTUAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SMITHTOWN ROAD PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 01-17
WHEREAS, pursuant to the 2000-2005 Capital Improvement Program, Plans,
Specifications and Estimate for the design of the Smithtown Road Pavement
Rehabilitation Project were prepared by WSB and Associates, Inc., and:
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed said plans and has found
them to be in order.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. Preliminary Conceptual Plans, Specifications and Estimates were prepared
by WSB and Associates Inc. Said plans, specifications and estimates are hereby
approved and shall be filed with the City Clerk.
• 2. The City Council authorizes the Director of Public Works to commence
with right of entry and easement negotiations, were required by said Improvement
Project.
