A RESOLUTION DECLARING "NO BOAT TRAILER PARKING"
ON PORTIONS OF MERRY LANE
WHEREAS, residents of Christmas Shore have petitioned the City Council to restrict boat
trailer parking on the portion of Merry Lane that abuts their lots;
WHEREAS, parking restrictions have been imposed on streets in the vicinity of the Merry Lane
public water access to prohibit overflow parking from the public access;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as
follows:
1.) The Department of Public Works is hereby directed to install "NO BOAT TRAILER
PARKING" signs along all portions of Merry Lane that are within the plat of Christmas Shore.
