CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 00- 117
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION OF REAL
PROPERTY FOR SHENEHON AND GOODLUND
WHEREAS, David L. Shenehon and Sandra L. Shenehon (Applicants) are the owners of
certain real property in the City of Shorewood, legally described and shown as the "Shenehon
Parcel" in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Gerald R. Goodlund and Mary E. Goodlund are the owners of certain real
property in the City of Shorewood, legally described and shown as the "Goodlund Parcel" in
Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, the Applicants desire to convey the easterly 10 feet of the Shenehon Parcel
to the Goodlunds and have applied to the City for a subdivision and combination of said real
property into the two parcels legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision requested by the Applicants complies in all respects with
the Shorewood Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the real property legally described in Exhibit A be subdivided and
recombined into two parcels, legally described in Exhibit B.
2. That this approval is subject to the Applicants causing the removal of the existing
cabin on the Shenehon parcel on or before 30 June 2001. This deadline may be extended if the
owners can show just cause for delays in said removal, but in no case shall the deadline extend
beyond 1 August 2001.
3. That the Acting City Administrator/Clerk furnish the Applicants with a certified
copy of this resolution for recording purposes.

4. That the Applicants record this resolution with the Hennepin County Recorder or
Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of the certification of this resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 11th day of
