RESOLUTION NO.00- 014
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GEOMETRIC LAYOUT
FOR THE TRUNK HIGHWAY 7 TRUNK HIGHWAY 41
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared
a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of _ Trunk Highway Number 41
within the corporate limits of the City of Shorewood, from the city limits of Chanhassen
to Trunk Highway 7 and Trunk Highway Number 7 within the corporate limits of the City
of Shorewood from 100 meters west of Trunk Highway 41 to 310 meters east of Trunk
Highway 41 ; and seeks the approval thereof, and;
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P.
1008-58 , Layout No. 2 , dated September 9, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. That said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway
with the corporate limits of the City of Shorewood are hereby are approved.
